Seeking assistance/insight.
For one of our accounts, no security/permissions have changed but the outlook addin for D365 has disappeared. The user has Outlook for Dynamics 365 security role for permissions, has a full Sales licence, mailbox has been approved for 3+ years and working fine until a few days ago where is just disappeared from outlook (online and desktop)
Any thoughts? Ive gone through every setting & licence I can think of.
