D365 outlook addin - working previously but now disappeared

HI Brains Trust,

Seeking assistance/insight.

For one of our accounts, no security/permissions have changed but the outlook addin for D365 has disappeared.  The user has Outlook for Dynamics 365 security role for permissions, has a full Sales licence, mailbox has been approved for 3+ years and working fine until a few days ago where is just disappeared from outlook (online and desktop)

Any thoughts?  Ive gone through every setting & licence I can think of.

    Champion!  Thank you very much - my user was already showing as 'Added to outlook' but re-adding again did the trick.

    Much appreciated.

    I didn't have it in my settings menu originally either, but this (support.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365-app-for-outlook-missing-from-dynamics-365-navigation) helped me out....

    After getting access to the Dynamics 365 for Outlook settings, the eligibility table is a good place to look to see if the user still has the app available to them

    I do not have that in my settings menu - i have read about this in the documentation but dont have the menu (I am global admin).

    Other users in company still have the addin but I do not...

    No suggestions on why it may have gone, but have you tried re-adding it through the eligibility table? (do they still appear in the eligibility table?)
