Viewing Logged/Resolved GP Bugs

2 questions.

1. When new versions of GP are released, there's always a 'What's New' section included.  Where can we view a 'What's Fixed'?  I frequently receive complaints from end-users on GP bugs and it'd be nice to know if the particular bug has already been resolved w/ a later version or even a patch.

2. When bugs are reported but not yet resolved by the Microsoft team, is there a place to view this information?  Instead of spending the time to submit a bug through the Microsoft Connect site, it'd be nice to just know what's already in Microsoft's queue.  I suppose you can search the Microsoft Connect site but this site is really a mix of product enhancement requests & bugs and I don't see any way of knowing what's actually being address by MS.

    Hi Kyle,

    The Fix list is usually only available on the Customer or Partner source site.. Then again, most recently that fix list URL was pointing back to the Community Blog from the dev team, which in return publishes another link that goes back to Customer Source :-)..

    Here the last one for GP 2016R2 :

    Just had a user of GP enter a Statement Email that somehow ended up stating with a backspace character (char(8)) and the user subsequently couldn't delete this character which showed visually as a box. Is this a known issue?
