Implement an Attachment Files block in Account Entity

Like shown in Sales Literature entity there is a block of "Sales Attachment" which is used to attach files and display them into that block and we can share them.

How could i implement the same in Account entity?

Notes option is not visible to add.

I am just want an Attachment block for attach files like shown in Sales Literatue entity.

Include Notes And Attachments is disabled already for Account entity.
