In the GP 2013 upgrade instructions, starting on page 19 are the Reports that won't upgrade. Under the SmartList module, it says "Modified SmartList reports aren’t retained when you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013".
What does that mean? This isn't referring to SmartList Favorites, right? Where do you go to generate SmartList reports (not lists)?

Keep us updated in case anything unexpected emerges,
Smart list favorites and customized smart lists (even the one with smart list builder) upgrade with no know issues. I am not sure what is the purpose of this statement.
