GP2013 R2 BUSINESS PORTAL WORKFLOW

Dears,

Please note that i installed sharepoint/business portal/web services and workflow.

i am able to work on Sharepoint and workflow websites.

we did all configurations but when opening the PO Entry window  the submit for approval in the workflow and view history in the workflow pane are not appearing.

1- can we use web workflow on GP 2013 R2?

2- did i miss something in the setup preventing me to use the workflow pane.

    Hello Elie,

    Just to be clear, did you set up Business Portal, or the new in-built workflow(2.0) on the system ?

    As far as I remember, we have issues deploying both SharePoint workflow and the new workflow 2.0 in G 2013, we had to inactivate the SharePoint and get rid of the whole business portal, which is practically retired in GP 2015

    Dear Mahmoud,

    Please note that we don't want to activate and work on workflow 2.0 right now. we already installed sharepoint2010 foundation and the workflow available in Dynamics AX2013 R2 DVD. we are using properly the Sharepoint and the workflow websites and we created/activated a PO workflow but we cannot see the submit for approval button in PO Entry GP form.

    yes, i setup business portal and we created a PO workflow but it seems there is no link between GP and Workflow link.

    is there any option/configuration we need to activate it in order the Workflow history pane appear on GP client?
