Expected non-empty Guid on Record Creation

Getting the below error when trying to create a record. Occurs on multiple tables:

Have tried minimal input fields with no lookups using both UI and API calls.
Occurs on tables with and without plug-ins.
Dataverse Version: 9.2.26065.151
 
Seemed to just start out of the blue
 
Anyone know what could be causing this?
