Hi Everyone,
Is there a way we can deploy a tier-2 environment for demonstration or training purposes. There are certain features that work only on the tier2 environments like planning optimization or Finance insights etc., Currently we are planning to demonstrate the Finance insights to our D365 prospective customers and it looks like that can be configured only on tier2 environments.
Please let me know your thoughts and experiences.

This is possible as partner. You need to connect with Microsoft. There is a program to get a tier-2 instance for testing and demonstration for a nominal fee each month. I thought the program is called Partner as Partner. The person who was responsible for this program has moved to another part of Microsoft. Not sure who is the contact now. You can try to reach out to your Partner Account Manager first.
Hi Andre, Isn't it possible if you are not a partner? A customer , a free lancer, a university student will not be able to check then right?

A customer can order more tier-2 environments when they have a subscription for F&O. For this program, you have to be a registered partner with Microsoft. A student will not be able to afford the nominal fee amount per month.
