Landing Pages with Journeys

Hello,

We have created some forms as landing pages and we want to create customer journeys using these forms. Unfortunately, none of the landing pages are showing up in the drop down menu. Is there a way to allow them to show. Or is there another way to create these forms? I know outbound marketing is being depreciated, but we still use it quite a bit.

Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided, and your question is that after creating the MKT Form in OBM, you cannot see it when you use it in Customer Journey, is that correct?

According to the official documentation, in OBM Customer journey, in the new designer, the marketing form can only be used as a nested attribute under the Marketing Page attribute, which is a representer link to an external page in an email tile. This may mean that you should use the MKT Form nested within the MKT Page.
