Hello, I am trying to configure the feature pack of RMS, unfortunately the voucher configuration window is totally grayed out and didn't find the way to habilitate it yet . Would like to know if somebody could make and how. Thanks in advance for your time. Rodrigo

The voucher tab is for voucher item types. In order to use it as intended, change the item type on the general page to Voucher, and you should then have access to it.
Another possibility is that it is locked out, in which case you would need to change the security level on it through control S while in Security Mode.
