Microsoft Dynamics - Outbound Marketing Emails

Microsoft Dynamics - I am sending out a marketing email campaign in MSD. We have tested the email to numerous domains and addresses and see no issues. However, when we get responses from our prospects, the formatting looks all wrong and our original email appears (incomplete) at the top of our original email, as a poor duplication. No reason why this should be happening but looks AWFUL and not great when we are approaching new opportunity customers.
