Questionnaire for implementing a Trade and Logistic project

Hi,

Please help me prepare a Questionnaire for the first time implementing a Trade and Logistic Project in Dynamics 365. As I have always worked on an already implemented project. What all questions should I ask from the customer for first time implementation.

    I am afraid there is no ultimate questionnaire which you could send to a customer.

    A good starting point would be to collect how does your customer currently use their existing system, what are the business processes they have. This includes recording how many employees are at which department, who is using what system, then identifying what would be replaced by AX.

    Then since you are the expert who is familiar with Trade and Logistics / Supply Chain Management in Dynamics 365 for Operations, you can then map those processes with what is possible through the setup and business flow within D365fO and identify the gaps for the processes which are not a fit for the product out of the box. Your questions would be based on those findings.

    Hi, I'm preparing the questionnaire on the same topic (Trade and logistic topics and Project Management and Accounting) implementing for the first time. May I know what question helped you out to gather most of the requirements?
