Hi all;

I Created new method of payment to use in sales order with one customer , Method of payment setting as below:

when I tried to use it this message appear as below :

Please advice .

Hi Khaled,

Your Method of Payment does not have file formats setup.

For that reason, you will get this message if you try to generate the payments.

Many thanks for your replay .

but a same method it work in test Env, this method will create payment journal when invoice post , form customer to bank , no need export or import file .

I don't understand why it works in your test environment.

Can you please share the replication steps and some supporting screenprints that illustrates why and how it works in test?

I Create Method of payment as below:

and configure customer setting as below :

System Generation payment as below :

We need when post any invoice with this Method of payment auto create Payment journal from Customer to Bank

Hi,

In your method of payment there is a parameter ' create and post ... ' and a journal name is specified below.

That is the reason why you get two lines posted.

Do you make use of the same setup in your test environment and does your test environment behave the same?

Yes my test Env the same with live , one more in Live ENV when I change company it works , but in one company not work.

Good Morning Khaled,

If things work in one company but not in another one then there must be some setups made differently.

Can you compare the configuration of the two companies?

Agreed , also in a same company with new customer it working , then when we stop auto settlement , it working done for all customer .
