Developing a control in SalesTable Form

Hi All

I'm begginer in developping in AX.

My question : is it possible to develop for example a control for SalesTable Header to control the Cash discount selected by the user ? I want to control the cash discount selected and block to modify or create the sales order depending on other settings of this SalesOrder !
