I have 2 person entering general journal lines at the same time. some time the same voucher number is in the 2 journals.
So i get this error when i try to post,
Voucher xxxxxx is already used as of date 2018-07-27.
Any idea on how to avoid this?

I am facing the same problem. The status list is empty for this number sequence. The error appears when transfering the journal to the Periodic journal. I don't know how to fix it, because the next number should be ....1653 but AX is generating ....1649 and the status list, as mentioned, is empty.
Do you have any solutions for me ?

Hi Alzelus,
Usually, I have seen this issue due to customizations. Are you aware of possible customizations for import or copy journal lines? When the number sequence class is not used, it wil leave unnecessary records in a status list. So, try to review if a customization or add-on might be causing it.
You can try to mitigate the issue as a workaround: If you get the duplicate voucher; delete the journal line. Then go to the number sequence and have a look at the status list. If the duplicate number is in this list, delete the record with the duplicate.
What do you have in the New voucher by field on the journal name?
If it's two different journal names, you just need to create different number sequences (for instance, set different prefixes) and set those in the voucher series field on the journal name.
