Hi,
Is there a way to copy the Attract hiring process template from one instance to another?
With CDS or Solution Export / Import?
It's really hard to sync the template within two instances.

Hi Robin,
the customized hiring process is actually a record/more records in CDS. With CDS solution export/import you can export only customization's. but this is a record/multiple records.
there are tools you can use for export and import of records, but you should really know CDS /Dynamics CRM

I was afraid of this answer. I already searched in all entities with "template" or "process" for records that describes my Hiring process template but I was not able to find any trail of it.I would write me some short C# script to clone these records. Do you have any idea where I can find them?
the 3 entities are: Job opening, Job Opening Stage and Job Opening Stage Activity. all those records could be moved with excel export/import or with any other way you might know.
since there are many relationships between them, you might get some errors if you don't export/import them in this order.
You could also create a Microsoft Flow to copy these date from one organization to another, directly in PowerApps

maybe I misunderstand you. But in "Job Opening Stage and Job Opening Stage Activity" is just the records of the current jobs?
I want to transfer the template how these jobs were created.
As you can see as an administrator, there is the menu point "templates". There I defined one job template for our jobs. And exactly this definition, of how a application workflow has to be, I want to export to another instance.
Okay, I got it. Between the real jobs are the templates. Thank you Nicu Aleman!
