Sorry if my English was not clear.

I meant to say I want to see the change logs of the menu.

I don't mean to add change logs as part of the menu.

If you are able to open the Change Log Entries view page, you can save your filters and add the view to the Navigation pane using the 'Save View As'. This screenshot is from BAV 2013
