User reported that unable to receive mail from workflow. i checked on the email sending status, it show sent, but user did not received email.
i review the log files, it seems the tls version is not support.

i tried to use the above way but in vain. anyone know how to curb on this issue. i running the SMTP virtual server under Windows server 2008 r2.
