I am trying to create a FetchXML Report, and am getting an error about my connection string, for some reason it is telling me it is unavailable, does anyone know what this might mean / how to fix this? Image of the error below. I am using Visual Studio 2010 to create this report.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi Tyler,

    First To verify your connection:

    https://<subdomain>.<crmdomain>.dynamics.com;<uniqueorgname>

    Make sure that:

    1.You're using HTTPS

2.Your unique org name is correct - you'll find it at Settings / Customizations / Developer Resources / Organization Unique Name

3.That in the Credentials tab of Data Source Properties, you've supplied valid Username and Password

    Refer the following thread:

    social.microsoft.com/.../crm-2011-online-bids-unable-to-connect-to-data-source-crm-onlinethe-connection-to-server

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    R.Rajkumar

connection string should be in the following format

    https://Server Url;OrgUniquename

Set up Data Source to Access Data in SQL Reporting Services

it looks your connection string in following format

https://Server Url/OrgUniquename change this format into as mentioned above and give it a try

Hi, my apologies, I took a snapshot of the one using a "/"(as wishful thinking) but I also tried the ";" which also gave me the same kind of error. Copied my Organization's Unique Name from my CRM.

Seems strange for it not to be working.
