RMS Licensing Questions for SPLA

Im putting together a solution for RMS services, and have a few questions...

First, what if any BlackBerry 10 integration is there, or do you still require to go through an ISV for this functionality? I would ideally like to replace our current PGP solution on the BES devices for a total RMS integrated solution at the desktop and the device.

What licensing is required to run RMS, ie do we require Terminal Services Licensing, I know RMS is an option on the server OS, but how is it licensed? Is Office Pro Plus required?

Also, if you have any information from a SPLA perspective, that would be awesome.
