How to Embed OOB Preference Center into External Websites / CIJ - Forms

I have a requirement where, if a user entered their email address in a CIJ Form which is rendered in external website 



I need to add some hyperlink unsubscribe over here, or lets say if a field "Email" is present on the web form and if user filled it and clicked on "Update Preferences"

Our OOB CRM Preference center should be opened allowing the user to update the preference if that user's email (Query : Contact.emailaddress = HTMLPage.EmailAddress ) 

I have tried multiple ways but not able to figure out how this could be achieved, 

In the OOB Journeys when an marketing email is sent for the contacts , then at the bottom of the email we can see the unsubscribe button 



Then a OOB Preference center will be opened for the user who received their email, similarly i need to embed the OOB preference center in an external form validating if email address is present in the CRM.

    I think what you are trying to do is not possible. I don't know any way to embed the oob preference center on an external page. The personalised link to the form is basically only created when the email is sent to the contacts. So we do not know the exact link for each customer before. 
     
    You could try rebuilding the preference center as a normale marketing form which you can embed externally. Then show the link to that form on below the email field.
