Billing Transaction Load error - Flexible billings module

Posted on by 150

A billing transaction load was cancelled.  Now when we try to do the billing transaction loading we get the following error:

"Another transaction transfer is being run at this time or a previous run aborted.  Please wait and try again or contact support"

I have tried waiting and of course that didn't help!  I tried contacting Microsoft support but they are having some telephone issue and can't help me right now!  I know if the allocation process is cancelled you can just delete the batch and move forward, I'm thinking this would work the same but I can't find where it is.

Any help would be appreciated!

We are running the 6.5 version.

Hi Grace: Your hunch would work - you can also try removing the user ID from the Activity table in Dynamics.

    Good Luck.
