Order Full fill button is not showing in ms crm 2016

Dear Experts,

I have installed ax connector in my local machine after that for testing purpose blindly i have Integrated both ms crm 2016 on premise applications here in both MS CRM 2016 On Premise Applications AX Solution has Created here the problem is in orders order full fill button is not showing instead of order full fill button it is showing order submit button.i have deleted ax solution still order submit button is there here i want order full fill button how to role back the order full fill button can any one save me on this situation.
