Importing Vendor Invoices into NAV

I'm looking for an option to import vendor Invoices (in excel format) into NAV2016. Can this be done directly with NAV or are there 3rd party products that would handle this...Ken

    If you're looking for an out-of-the-box solution, you can use configuration packages to import data into the Purchase Header (table 38) and Purchase Line (table 39). I wrote a blog post about configuration packages in Business Central here, which also applies to NAV.

    Alternatively, you could having a developer to create a simple import, such as an XMLport.

    For standard, only Configuration Package can be used.
     
    If you want to customize it, you can refer to the example below. The processing in NAV is the same.
