Hello. Please tell me in which case the system gives an error X++ Exception: User {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} not found. at SysWorkflowDocument-assert SysWorkflowDocument-assertPermission SysWorkflowWorkItem-create SysWorkflowWorkItem?

How to solve this error? Is there an instruction?

You get that error if approval assignment is user group or hierarchy. This applies if there is no users specified in user group or reporting position is not defined in the position.

Hi,

What is your workflow approval assignment type? Make sure that user is available in the legal entity with correct security roles. If it is user group assignment, add users to the related user group.
