Hi,
I have a requirement, where from workflow, I am creating a record in FOLLOW entity, I want to show unfollow when record get creates.
please advice on same.

You can use Jscript to achieve this.
can you provide me code?
Its going to be Option set value use below line, "OnLoad of the FOLLOW entity".
Xrm.Page.getAttribute("new_fieldname").setValue(value);
