Unable to load the native components of SQL Server Compact corresponding to ADO.NET

I have recently install the Microsoft Dynamics Outlook Plugin and received the following error message after testing the connection the CRM URL:

Unable to load the native components of SQL Server Compact correspoinding to ADO.Net provider of version 8082. Install the correct version of SQL Server Compact. Refer to KB article 974247 for more details.

I have made sure that the 64-bit version of the plugin was load on the 64-bit machine.

Can someone give me some insight as to why this is occurring?

1 - Please verify if you have these installed on your system (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features)

2 - Please confirm if the version for both the file are same (as shown in the below picture, version = 3.5.8082.0)

3 - In case, if they are of different version, then install Compact SP2 x86 and x64 MSIs from following link as needed:
