NAV 2017 Web Client: Record link shows wrong timing created.

Hi all,
 
Appreciate it if someone can shed some light on this issue. 
 
I noticed that the creation time is showing 8 hours different from actual time. However, the time zone setting is accurate, which is UTC +08:00 Kuala Lumpur, Singapore Time, where I am from. 
 
I tried changing the region to English (Malaysia) as well but to no avail. As far as I know, the settings for time zones and regions has been moved over to /My Settings/ on the web client for NAV 2017 based on this link. 
 
 
I also gave this a try , whereby I tried changing the Services Default Time Zone from Dynamics NAV 2017 Administration Console which was UTC at the time to Singapore Standard Time and Server Time Zone.  Both of these time zone does not work as well.
 
May I know what else can I configure for me to make the time to be in synced with UTC +08:00 Kuala Lumpur, Singapore Time?

    The documentation indicates the following:
    Users must sign out and then sign in again for the change to take effect.
