Importing .csv or .xls data into a Sales Transaction Entry

We are trying to invoice a job that just completed and have a report that was pulled from Smart Lists (IV Transactions with notes, then sort by SCID).   My accounting representative is hand entering the line items from this report into her sales transaction entry but there are several items to enter per invoice.   If I get those items organized in a .csv file can she import them without having to hand enter the data?

Zach, did you get an answer as to how to install this?  If you put in your GP Installation CD, you'll find it either in the Tools or AdProd folders on the CD.  The installer is probably in a folder called "IM" for Integration mangaer.  Sorry, I don't have a GP 9.0 cd available for me to verify.

You also can download it from CustomerSource!

    Zach,

Integration Manager is a separate purchase, but you may already own it.  I would recommend talking to your GP partner, they should be able to give you this information.

Thank you gentlemen.   I am 3 weeks into a new IT Manager position and have never used Dynamics GP at all.   Forgive my ignorance here.   Is Integration Manager available for GP 9.0 with the standard install or do I have to add it on somehow?

    Thanks again.

You can either Integration Manager to achieve the same. Let us know if you need further assistance.
