When we try to re create the check remittance it does not show the applied details.
Any advice on this is highly appreciated.

No, wrong table. The apply information for printed checks should stay in the PM10201 apply table forever, so you can reprint it at any time.
It is the PM20100 remittance table that you can clear to get fully applied documents to move to history with check links. But I would clear only the records you need, or only for a certain vendor, etc and not the whole table.
I have never had to remove apply records from the PM10201 table to get fully applied documents to move to history, (and I certainly wouldn't clear the whole table if I did.)

Thanks much Cheryl, Customer is on GP2018 R2 PM10201 table is getting cleared periodically. If not then Fully Applied Payment and Invoices are not moving to history.

The 'Re-create check stub' features allows users to print the Remittance associated with a check or EFT payment where the remittance was originally printed (so data is in the PM10201 table). Note that it has to be a computer check (not a manual check) and the remittance must have been originally printed. (And as Lisa already pointed out, it must have been printed on GP 2013 or higher where this new functionality was added so the data is in the table noted above.)

What version of GP are you running? The reprint check remittance feature will only work for posted checks that were originally created on GP 2013 or newer versions.
