I need to know answers of some questions.

1. What is N:N relationship in CRM. Why we need this.

2. What is the usefulness of Pre-operation and Post-Operation in Plugin. When we need to use this steps.

3. Why we need to use custom Workflow. 

4. How the fields value copied from one entity to another entity. Suppose if I have a Phone Call Page and i have created some custom attribute in Phone Call Entity. After clicking on the PhoneCall to Case Conversion when case page opens then some of the custom attributes in the Case page should be prefilled automatically means i want to pass same information from phone Call to Case page so the value in Phone call page passed to the case page and filled the attributes automatically. How i achieved this.

    1) Think of a relationship between Authors and Books. An author can write many books, and a book can have many authors. We need it for document relationships like the example I gave.

    2) Pre-op takes place before the transaction with the database, Post-op takes place after the transaction

    3) To create a workflow with capabilities that exceed what you can be created using the workflow wizard.

    4) If you examine the relationship between your entities in the solution, you will see a section named Mapping. This allows you map field values between parent/child.

    Thanks for your valuable comment. Regarding my questions I google all that and found some help but for getting unique answer I post the same on the community. Regarding question1 I had found N:N relationship blogs but never understood the same thats why i post the same in here. Regarding Question 2 Pre and Post operation uses i know but o asked in the community that where this is used means the scenario from where i get a clear idea about this. Regarding Question 3 while searching the Custom Workflow in blogs i found all the steps for creating this but why and which condition we need this that does not stated anywhere.Regarding Question 4 i need to get some code by which i get a clear idea about how the value pass from Phone call To case Page with all the system entity to custom entity .
