Open Cycle Count Work using License Plate No.

Hi,

we are using MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and WMD

In WMD portal site, there is a menu item called 'Cycle Count Guide', it asks you 'Scan a Work ID / License Plate Id '. of course, when I input work Id, it works fine.

For my case, I want to scan License Plate Id to execute cycle count process, however, system gives error message.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi Ding,

    Kindly share the screenshot of the mobile device menu item "cycle count guided" for setup you are using for it. Are you using exiting work or creating work based on cycle counting results.

    If you are using "use existing work" kindly check the  "cycle counting guide" menu option and check the check mark "Handle by license plate"
