Using Cases and Queues in Project Operations

Can anyone clarify my entitlement to create and manage Cases in D365 PO.

I see this in the licence guide:

Use a queue item...does that mean CRUD a Case?

If not:

a. what does it mean?

b. can anyone point me to any definitive documentation on Cases in PO?

Thanks

Gerald

    Hi ghdunn.

Cases are part of Customer Service and need an applicable CS license. Please see here:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-restricted-entities

Queues are a platform capability. Those you can use with ProjOps licenses according to what the licensing guide says.
