I'm trying to create a customer journey that will begin when a contact's "First Name" field is updated. I believe I've configured the Record Updated tile correctly to trigger on this condition:
However, this never seems to work. The Customer Journey is live, and other ones based on Segment will send email just fine.
Any idea why the Record Updated journeys wouldn't be working?
I've recreated this Customer Journey several times with the same result: the journey never fires. Is there anywhere I can look to see if there are processing errors happening?

I have tried the Record update Customer Journey with the same Properties, it actually worked fine.
Once the Customer Journey is Live, I have updated the First name and received an email.
