Runtime file location for Integration Manager

I'm working on a job in Integration Manager.

Is there a way to set a runtime file location so that the people running the job can select at run-time where the file is located and the name of the file?

Currently, they have to go into Integration manager and modify the jobs header and detail file locations, I'd like to avoid this as, being the pessimist, I can see someone screwing up something else in the job.
