WMS - why is "override location" button missing from replenishment interface on the mobile?

Hi,

I am using AX 2012 R3 CU12 WMS.

I have a basic system directed setup for replenishment, no fixed locations: pick from storage put into picking area.

It is a very common scenario that after picking the user wants to put the goods in another location than the one suggested by the system. However the override location option is missing, and I can't figure out why and where to add it from. In other pick - put scenarios it is there, only for replenishment is missing.

Any idea why?

Thank you

Robert

    Hi Ierdna,

The override location option is missing as for your worker in warehouse management module the setting is not enabled.

So kindly navigate to Warehouse management > Setup > Worker

Select your worker from which you are login to the mobile device and navigate to the work fasttab and check the "Allow pick location override" and "Allow put location override" to enable your login in the mobile device to have the override option.

    Hi Sagar,

Thank you for your quick answer, but unfortunately that's not it.

My worker has both checks you mention on.

    Any other ideas?

    Thank you

    Robert

I'm facing the same issue, my worker can override put and pick locations but when doing the put on a replenishment there is no override button. adding the location confirmation field throws an error if i enter anything besides what the system is expecting.

Did you ever solve this or is custom code needed?
