Business Process Error

Hello all,

some of our users started to recieve this error when trying to create new opportunity (no other action is causing such error).

Please, would be somebody willing to have a look and let me know what might be causing this problem.

    Thank you for clarification, now I am pretty sure we are not using any of these custom codes, or controls.

    I will double check with users, if they are filling the form properly, if it will not help, I will open microsoft ticket.

    Please refer https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/use-custom-controls-data-visualizations

    I said that because log has Microsoft.PowerApps.CoreFramework reference.

    This error we have seen in instances upgraded to version 9 with cutom  codes. If you do note have any custom code(plugin or workflow) or custom controls, please raise a Microsoft ticket as the instance is online.

    It is online.

    We certianly do not have any custome code.

    Can you please specify what all falls under category of custom controls?

    Is this online or on-premise?

    Do you have any custom controls on opportunity form?

    Or do you have any custom code on opportunity creation these type of error occurs when some mandatory field missing or data is not in proper format.
