Unified interface mixed up with classic interface

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Has the Unified Interface been mixed up with the Classic interface in version 1710 (9.1.0.2048) of Dynamics 365 CRM?

In the Unified interface I now see boxes around the sections, and the blue bars on top of each section are gone, just like the Classic interface without the gray color tones.

Not an improvement.

I think they have introduced it for ease of navigation.  The left navigation expands if its Desktop client and it collapses if its tablet or mobile client.

Yes  this is the new UI in combination with a theme ([View:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customize/change-color-scheme-add-logo-match-organizations-brand])

You might call it vintage/ retro since it looks familiar.

This is the mixed (Unified Interface and Classic) user interface I am talking about.
