How do I create the PO Print out Template in MS word FOR Great Plains.

Can any one of you show me detail steps that how to create the PO Printout Template in Ms Word. Our purchase orders are printed on MS Word(Template is in Ms WORD) but i don't know how to update this MS WORD BASE purchase order template and where to go? Can you send me Screen Shot showing detail steps that How it can be done. Appreciate your help

    This is an overview of the process. Its a little more than can be described in a forum post. Search internet for: Dynamics GP word template maintenance. (Great Plains is very old term for the software now and may limit your results)
