How to generate absence in days not hours

We are using time and attendance module for clocking in and out our personal and calculate payroll information.
The payroll information is then exported to a system to generate the salary payment.
All normal pay items are recorded in hours but in Sweden vaccation is to be recorded in days.

Whats the best way to transform the recorded absence hours to days?
Now I'm doing it in the pay agreement with factor and rounding but is that really the best way?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Please take a look at the old thread on this issue: And please note that enabling this feature: Configure leave units per leave type. Converting hours into days (dynamics.com)
And more details, you can view this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/human-resources/hr-leave-and-absence-types#configure-the-required-attachment-per-leave-type

Hi thanks, but we are using Time and attendance module, not Leave and absence.

    Hi,
Sorry for misunderstanding, the time and attendance management module calculations in the system are all calculated in hours. Pay based on registrations - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn Except for the method you mentioned, not found a standard button to switch the calculation unit to days. If you want to implement this OOB function, you can consider finding a partner to customize it. Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource
