Management reporter ranking

Posted on by 450

Hi,

I am trying to produce a report that ranks 100 departments in MR 2012 on EBITDA.  I am using the sort function but only want to display the top 10 and bottom 10.  I have tried using the sort and the NP print control.  I am struggling to find a way to use the 100 in the SORT calculation but only displaying top 10, I know you have to refer to lines specifically in the formula but I can only get the system to accept formulas like this 100:1000, I have tried 100,130,160 etc and 100:130:160 etc but it will not allow these formats.

Is this possible to achieve?

regards,

Phil
