Dynamics Connector - Customer Type field not accessible from map

Hello.

I am using the Dynamics Connector for integrating NAV 2009 R2 with CRM 2011. I was looking to map the Customer Type field in CRM (name: customertypecode), to a custom field in NAV, but I could not find it in the field list in the Connector. I was under the impression that all fields that could be updated in the CRM GUI should also be accessible in the web service, and therefore in the Connector.

Does anyone know why this field is not accessible in the Connector?

Thanks, Jon Gunnar.

    Hi Jon,

Do you mean, the custom NAV field is not visible in connector?

    Hi.

No, the CRM field is not visible, which í find strange since this is a standard CRM field. Any thoughts?

    Thanks, Jon Gunnar

You need to run CRM 2011 connector adapter configuration again for that entity, restart service and reopen the Connector application.

    Hi Jon,

You cannot find it because this field has different Display Name.

You need to use in Connector field 'Relationship Type'

    Cheers,

    Konstantin
