Freight charge terms setting location

Hi, in AX 2012 the 'Terms of delivery' configuration has a Setup section with settings including 'Freight charge terms' and 'Apply free minimum'.

Can anyone tell me where these settings are located in Dynamics 365 Finance? The Setup section is no longer present on 'Terms of delivery'

    I found the below on LCS regarding this:

    Terms of Delivery - setup tab missing
