Show current portal user created record in lookup in D365 portal

Hi,

I have a business requirement to show only currently logged portal user created record in lookup. To implement this, I have created two different entity permission for those two entities and and have associated a web role to them. With this, I'm able to see user owned records only on update of that lookup but it lists out all records on creation of new record.

Could you please tell me know to solve this. Thanks alot for your answer in advance!

Hi partner,

Unfortunately the feature you mentioned is only available in edit form in portal, it doesn't support creation form, it is by design.

And I've replied you in your another thread :-)
