Configuration Packages

I have 2 customers on D365 trying to use the configuration packages to load data.  We have created the packages, exported the file to Excel, entered the data into the spreadsheet, saved, closed the file and then selected to import from Excel using the updated spreadsheet.  Nothing appears to happen.  I am using the US.ENU.STANDARD package.  In one case, I was trying to load table 15.  In this case, I left all the fields in the package.  In the other instance, I am trying to load table 81.  In that package, I had removed all fields except the ones I wanted to load.

Another note, the one customer had been using the DYNAMICS365 package prior.  When they got the latest and greatest, the package was no longer visible.   I created a new package for table 81 and selected the fields to load.  I called the package Dynamics365.  In this package yesterday, I was able to load a journal.  However, when I left the configuration package page and went back to it, the package was gone (filtered out of the page?).  Today, I tried the same process, but it would not load.

This is becoming critical to my clients.  Has anyone seen this and do you have any possible solutions?

Very strange. Have you try to recreate the package?

    Yes, multiple times.

I found this to be a browser issue.  I was on Edge and switched to Chrome.  The new config packages appeared in Chrome and the data loaded properly.

We are running into this as well, but switching from Chrome to Edge or Edge to Chrome doesn't solve it.

The Configuration Package (Code) or disappears, leaving only a GB.EN.EXCEL and not the one we created (D365, Dynamics365, etc)

I am experiencing a similar issue.  My config package will work well for a period of time, but then suddenly quite working.  I perform a spreadsheet upload, and nothing happens.  Strangely, I find that if I create a new package in a new company and perform an upload, the imports start working again.

I am having a similar issue, in Sandbox I have created a package for 'Customer' & 'Vendor' tables, I can export the data to excel amend and import from excel with no issues.

All good until I wanted to then use that Package in another company, so Exported the Package (not excel) and then imported to my new company.

The Package is created at header level only, the lines with the tables is blank! I am having to manually add in the tables for that package.

When I look at size of the package file I can see that it is as large as I would expect if containing data for the customers and vendors etc.

I have tried this Sandbox to Sandbox, Production to Production, and Sandbox to Production or Production to Sandbox same issue... the Packages Lines are not being updated.!

    Any Ideas!
