Add solution to my envonment

Hi,

I'd like to add a,solution (Voice of customer) to my CRM envonment, but i can't found it

I'm trying to look into https://appsource.microsoft.com  but i didn't found any things

Any idea please.

    Click on the Instances Tab on your Dynamics 365 Admin Center.

    Select your instance, an on the right hand side, click Solutions

    This will open the list of solutions for your instance.

    Find Voice of the Customer. If it's not on the first page, page till the last to find it.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    Are you on trial? Sometimes it is not there and you need to open a support ticket by Micrsoft in order to access it.
