Morning All,
I've recently deployed Rollup 11 for CRM 2011 across our system (2 Load Balanced IIS Servers, a SQL Cluster with CRM running on it's own instance and a separate report server), the deploy ran successfully with no errors reported anywhere.
I was expecting Rollup 11 to provide Cross Browser support, as this is listed in the release notes and MS have made quite a big deal about this feature. However, since the deployment nothing has changed. Any attempt to access CRM 2011 in a browser other than IE only loads the mobile client, not the full CRM implementation.
I've been trying to figure out why but I can't find any errors in the logs of the servers or workstations I've been testing from. (All workstations are Win 7 with current, within 2 weeks, windows updates running IE9).
I've tried accessing CRM via IE (Works Fine), Firefox v17.0.1 (Only loads Mobile Webpage) and Chrome 23.0.1271.97m (Only loads Mobile Webpage).
Has anyone else run into similar problems getting Cross Browser support to work?
