Fixed Asset Sales Invoice Error

Hi Team,

when i try to sale of Fixed asset using Sales Invoices. it throws an error "Unit of Measure must have a value in Sales Line document" it doesn't allow me to go to next field itself

Somewhere seems to be configuration issue that Unit of measure code is mandated. Could you please let me know where it is set as mandate field.

    When do you get the error? after you select the fixed asset no. or during posting?

    Hi Santhanak,

     Type should be "Fixed Asset" for the sale of Fixed asset and the UOM is not required for this type

    when i select Fixed asset - it throws an error and comes out. So basically not able to do any further step

    Hi, I understand. in same environment i have cronus as well. i just tried and it doesn't throw error and was able to select Fixed Asset. But the one we had configured not able to Select FA in Sales Line.

    I think there might be a customization which is preventing this, try to debug the code and send the screenshot of the breakpoint.
