Duplicate Key Error in Currency Translation Window

When I attempt to load "Historical" Rate Type in Tools, Routines, Financial, Currency Translation, I receive an error "Cannot insert duplicate key...". The error references a Journal Entry number and account index for Retained Earnings. There are 2 Retained Earnings transactions having the same JE Number referenced in the error with Source Documents of BBF and P/L. The error only occurs on Closed Fiscal Years. It populated the screen for the open year 2011, which also has 2 Retained Earnings transactions having the same JE Number and with Source Documents of BBF and P/L.

I know I am late to the party on this response. But I have the same error and have found nothing in partnersource or other forums. I opened a case and was told the issue has to do with the SEQNMBR being set to 0 for BBF transactions. If these are set to distinct integer values the problem should go away. I am only answering this in case someone else stumbles across this question and needs an answer.
