Hello all,
I'm dealing with an issue where the attached error is thrown when trying to open Lead records in anything but the UCI. This includes trying to, for instance, update a Lead via workflow by setting a field after pressing "View Properties" on the Workflow editor. Needless to say, I can't access these records in the legacy view, either.
I have full admin rights. Any ideas?

This issue might be related to a corrupted field in the lead form.
If you recently created a new field, I suggest to remove (not delete) it from the form body and test.
If it remains, one simple test you can do is to create a copy of this lead form and test removing fields from the form. This field is probably a picklist.
