Is there any way to get URL of web resources from its name.? If Yes, that suggest me the solution.

Hello,
There is an entity called WebResource and it is available for querying. So you can build query similar to following - [CRM Base Url]/api/data/v8.2/webresourceset?$select=name&$filter=displayname%20eq%20%27account.js%27
Name will return you relative url of the webresource. Good luck

Just open any of your web resource in Customizations menu and in the bottom you can see "URL" field. You will see that the url is really simple (crmaddress/WebResources/webresourcename) so you can built is manually, or query for it using the solution that Andrii suggested.

If you know the name of the web resource, you could get the URL of the web resource in the format specifies below.
The following sample shows the URL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online), where MyOrganization is the name of your organisation, and new_/test/test.htm is the name of the web resource:
MyOrganization.crm.dynamics.com/.../test.htm

the URL in my Org Points out to the Local Machine Name and not the Organization name?
